My website has three forms:
Contact form: I collect your name, email address and message so I can respond to your enquiry.
Mindset Monday subscription: I collect the details you enter, including your email address, to send you a weekly Mindset Monday email with a new audio message. For now, I send these emails myself. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to an email or contacting me at the address above.
Course information form: I collect the details you enter so I can send you the course information you requested and answer related questions. This does not automatically subscribe you to Mindset Monday or other marketing emails.
I use information from enquiries to respond to you and take steps you request before entering into a contract. I use your Mindset Monday details to send the emails you signed up for. Where I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in a website form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Services that help me run the website
My website is built on Wix, which may process website visitor and form information to host the site and provide its features. I also use my email provider to receive enquiries and send replies and Mindset Monday emails. I do not sell your personal information.

How long I keep information
I keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any related business or legal obligations. I keep Mindset Monday subscription details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them, unless I need to retain limited information for legal or record-keeping purposes.
